Scotts® Turf Builder® grass seed high traffic mix self-repairs to withstand wear and tear. This mix contains Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots to grow thick, green turf so that you can build a better, stronger lawn from the roots up. Scotts® Turf Builder® grass seed high traffic mix is designed for full sun and light shade and has low drought resistance with high durability. It can be used to seed a new lawn or overseed an existing lawn. For top results, apply in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55 and 70 deg F or air temperatures are between 60 and 80 deg F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product (please refer to spreader settings on product label). Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 in tall. One 2.4 lb bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® grass seed high traffic mix has a new lawn coverage of 400 sq-ft and an overseeding coverage of 1200 sq-ft.
