Forms a strong, tight seal and stays soft and pliable for dry surface repairs. Use as an emergency patching compound that provides good water resistance. Repairs holes, cracks and splits on compositions, smooth and mineral cap sheet, asphalt coated, SBS modified, metal and masonry roof surfaces. Repairs leaks in shingles, concrete, gutters, around chimneys and eaves. Covers 12-1/2 sq-ft per gal applied 1/8 in thick or 30 sq-ft per 5 gal pail on a 3-course application. Trowel grade.
