At Paullina Hardware Store, we want every purchase — in-store or online — to meet your expectations. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right quickly and fairly.
In-Store Returns
• Timeframe: Most items may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Condition: Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Cash refunds may be limited for large purchases.
• Without a Receipt: Store credit may be issued at the lowest sale price within the past 30 days.
Online Orders
• Eligibility: Online purchases can be returned in-store or by mail within 30 days of delivery.
• Return Shipping: Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for inspection and refund processing.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products cannot be returned, including:
• Mixed or tinted paint, custom orders, or special-order items
• Electrical parts, plumbing fittings, or cut-to-length materials
• Clearance or final-sale merchandise
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
Defective or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or proves defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
